About Nua

Work that meets people where they are.

I work at the intersection of wellness, culture, and lived experience. With nearly two decades in hospitality, my foundation is rooted in care, presence, and creating spaces where people feel held.

The creation of Amola during the COVID-19 pandemic marked a personal return to ancestral knowledge and intentional care after navigating a misdiagnosed skin condition. That return became both a healing practice and a reminder that the body holds wisdom when we slow down enough to listen.

I am a mother of two, an autism advocate, and a lifelong learner. These identities inform my work and ground my perspective. Whether I am speaking with students, mentoring founders, or consulting with organizations, I center sustainability, not just of careers or businesses, but of people.

My mission

Cultivating growth through care, culture, and embodied wisdom.

My mission is to create spaces, tools, and conversations that support long-term growth by honoring the body, lived experience, and cultural wisdom. I help individuals and institutions move toward meaningful success without sacrificing well-being, grounded in care, reflection, and intentional practice.
